Info & Policies

  • All orders are shipped from Akwesasne, ON, lovingly packaged with care — and maybe a sprinkle of good vibes. Once your parcel is dropped off at the post office, however, it officially leaves my hands (and my control). At that point, your package and I are both at the mercy of the shipping universe.

I do my absolute best to get orders to the post office quickly, but things like holiday chaos and the occasional Canada Post strike can slow things down. If postal delays become a full-blown saga, I’ll switch to other carriers like FedEx or UPS to keep things moving.

In the unlikely event that strikes drag on and shipping costs rise, I may need to adjust shipping prices. Don’t worry — I’ll always make an announcement beforehand so no one’s caught off guard.

So hang tight, grab a coffee, and trust that your happy-mail is on its way (probably doing a little scenic tour of Canada before reaching you).

  • If your order didn’t quite spark joy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just make sure your item is in the same condition you received it — no mystery stains, or missing parts, please. It also needs to be in its original packaging (don’t worry about the tissue paper or that little white bag — I’m not that picky).

You’ll be responsible for the return postage, and once your order arrives and passes inspection, I’ll issue your refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account — just enough time to refresh your bank app a few too many times.

  • I totally get it — not everyone’s into having tiny holes poked in their ears. If you spot a pair of earrings you absolutely love but need them as clip-ons, just mention it in the “Notes” section at checkout. I’ll happily swap the ear wires for clip-ons so your lobes can still join the fashion party.

Currently, I offer silver and gold-plated clip-ons with a stainless steel base (a little sparkle and durability — win-win). If you’d prefer a specific tone, let me know, and I’ll do my best to make it happen!

  • First off — thank you so much for supporting my small business! You’re the reason I get to keep playing with beads like it’s adult LEGO therapy.

If your order arrived (or became) a bit broken, don’t panic! I can absolutely repair it for you. Before sending it my way, try to gather any runaway beads you can find — check under the couch, in your bag, and maybe the mysterious black hole in your car. Pop them into a little bag so I can reuse them in your repair.

Now, a quick note about beads: they’re made in batches, kind of like cookies — and just like cookies, no two batches come out exactly the same. Even if I reorder the same color and size, there might be slight color differences. If I need to tweak your design because a color isn’t available, I’ll reach out so we can decide together before I get to work.

As for shipping: you’ll cover postage to send it to me, and I’ll cover postage to send your freshly revived piece back home. Then you can just sit back, sip your coffee, and wait for your lovely postal hero to deliver your newly repaired creation!

  • Looking to place a wholesale order for your organization? Fantastic — I’d love to make them for you! Before we dive in, here are a few important things to know:

First things first — I’m a one-woman show. When you see “we” in an email, it’s really just me, darling. I’m the designer (my favorite hat), photographer, social media manager, customer support rep, and the person doing a happy dance when you place an order.

Because everything is handmade with care (and coffee), larger or custom orders take time. Depending on the item and quantity, I’ll need about 1–2 months’ notice. That gives me time to order materials, receive shipments, create your pieces, and—let’s be honest—take the occasional stretch break after making what feels like a mountain of pins.

Beading is wonderfully meditative, but it’s also a bit of a workout for the shoulders, back, and hands. I may be fabulous, but I am still human — so thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

  • Thinking of having something custom made for someone special — or maybe you’re the special someone? Either way, I’ve got you covered! Before we dive in, here are a few things to know:

As a self-proclaimed beading specialist (I’ve earned the title after many, many spilled beads), I charge $20/hour plus a $10 custom order fee. That fee covers all the beads you choose for your design. Pick as many colors as your heart desires — two, ten, or somewhere in between — the price won’t change.

Now, if you’re thinking, “But Destiny, what if my order only takes 30 minutes?” — don’t worry! I always make fair price adjustments based on the actual time spent. I’m a bead artist, not a time bandit.

When it comes to discussing your custom order, I prefer to chat via Instagram or Facebook. Why? Because we’ll be sending lots of pictures back and forth. I’ll ask for your color references, and I’ll send photos of my bead inventory so you can pick the perfect shades and finishes. Throughout the process, I’ll also send progress photos so you can approve the design or request any tweaks along the way.

Once all that’s sorted — grab a cup of coffee, get comfy, and let’s get beading!
